Midtown Information Technology Search/Consulting firm seeks aggressive, intelligent person with good phone voice for an exciting career as a Recruiter.
Executive Systems, Ltd, is an established national Executive Search/Consulting firm specializing in Information Technology. (We recruit, screen, and refer technology candidates to our client companies).
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of contract and contract to full time hiring including: Devising search strategies, evaluating resumes, coordinating/managing telephone, video and in office interviews.
- Conduct all interviews.
- Offer coaching and feedback to candidates.
- Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Manage candidate relationships to maintain satisfaction.
- Responsible for locating and tracking candidates working for the competition.
- Maintain accuracy of applications through inputting necessary criteria into internal applicant tracking system.
- Ability to work with Full range of tools (internal database, Linkedin Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, etc.).
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience required.
- College/University degrees required.
- US Citizen
- On-site work required 3 days a week.
- Working knowledge of office administrative functions and software such as Microsoft office products.
- We seek someone with 1-4 years of experience in IT recruiting to join an existing group. Our compensation model is salary plus commission and paid benefits (non contributory).
