Key Responsibilities:
- Identify candidates for direct hire and contract roles that align with client needs.
- Collaborate with Mountain Ltd. hiring managers, market management and account support team members to understand specific job requirements and project needs.
- Make outreach calls to prospective candidates and build relationships with top talent.
- Manage the recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers and negotiating terms.
- Support both long and short-term hiring goals for projects and business-as-usual work.
- Process administrative updates in CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to make outreach calls on the phone and have a desire to build successful relationships with candidates.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- No prior recruiting experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided for individuals who are eager to pursue a rewarding career in recruiting.
Must report to New Gloucester, Maine office on hybrid schedule.
