Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our recruitment process by identifying, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our clients' staffing requirements. You will work closely with candidates, utilizing your communication and organizational skills to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to provide feedback, updates, and guidance on next steps in the recruitment process.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
Salary plus commission
