Job Overview:
The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting; source applicants, screen and recommend placement of candidates by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assist with the creation of job descriptions. Create sourcing plans and handle all requisitions and sourcing activities. Coordinate intake and interview scheduling with hiring managers. Make verbal offers of employment to candidates. If necessary, assist with travel arrangements for new hires coming to Corporate Office for training.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, make recommendations for hire and deliver employment offers for exempt and non-exempt positions
Consults with managers to conduct intake sessions for new positions.
Implement robust sourcing strategies to identify and engage prospective candidates, leveraging both traditional methods and innovative approaches to support operations.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
Generate a high-volume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines.
Manage an ATS, including tracking of metrics for the full- cycle hiring process.
Monitor the interview process by scheduling and communicating with all candidates
Articulate the Companys value proposition and engage prospective candidates and entice interest in our organization.
Deploy advanced candidate care practices and tailor practices to the specific level of roles.
Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers including benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements, etc.
Assist with the creation of job descriptions for new positions.
Understand and fully comply with laws, regulations and internal processes, policies, and procedures
Must adhere to HIPAA regulations, Company Confidentiality and Code of Conduct
Perform other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree is required
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience in healthcare a plus (EEG/Monitoring/Pruning)
Qualifications:
A strong background in directly sourcing candidates
Prior experience working with an ATS. Experience Paycom, ADP, etc. a plus.
A proven track record of success in talent acquisition
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Able to successfully interact with all levels of the organization, including C-level executives
Superior multi-tasking and organization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Well versed in the use of social media sites for recruitment such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities
