Recruiter & Human Resources Specialist - Job Overview:
The Recruiter & Human Resources Specialist will play a critical role in building a strong team at KidzThrive ABA. This in-person position involves managing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, scheduling, ensuring we attract, engage, and retain skilled professionals who align with our values and mission and handling tasks related to HR. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ABA field, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting talent.
Recruiter & Human Resources Specialist - Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Coordinate staffing in collaboration with the Client Care Coordinator.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and trends to management.
- Employee relations. Serving as a point of contact for staff regarding alll workplace matters concerns or grievances.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement ititiatives, surveys, and feedback collection.
Recruiter & Human Resources Specialist - Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and Recruiting, preferably in healthcare or educational settings.
- Familiarity with ABA therapy or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and team members.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
