Recruiter/Headhunter

A nursing home group is seeking a Rockstar Recruiter/Headhunter to join our team.

Recruiter/Headhunter Responsibilities Include:

• Cold calling and reaching out to prospective candidates on LinkedIn and competitive organisations
• Source candidates for open positions through online job site and our in-house database
• Evaluate and screen resumes received
• Conduct initial phone screen with potential candidates, then facilitate resumes as needed
• Perform data entry as needed
• Perform Cold calling & Warm Calling

Recruiter/Headhunter Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year recruiting experience 
• Self- Starter and multi-tasking
• Excellent follow up skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with others
