As a Recruiter Trainee at Gpac, you will receive comprehensive training and support, even if you have no prior recruiting experience. Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, both independently and as part of a team.
- Master the art of active listening, ensuring a seamless connection between clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and fill urgent positions with top-qualified candidates.
- Utilize our company's database and recruiting tools effectively.
- Screen and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in job offer negotiations.
- Conduct thorough reference checks on candidates.
- Engage in daily team building and coaching interactions.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to enhance your recruiting skills.
Requirements:

This is a commission-driven role and a remote opportunity (only U.S. locations).
