*Job Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and be adept at managing various recruitment tasks.
*Responsibilities*
- Sourcing: Researching job seekers, posting job listings, and using online channels to find potential candidates
- Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications, and conducting phone, video, or in-person interviews
- Hiring: Negotiating job offers, sending job offer emails, and placing the candidate in the role
- Communicating: Working with hiring managers to understand job requirements, fine-tuning job descriptions, and providing updates on candidates
- Utilize recruiting platforms such as Lever, Kronos, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source and track candidates
- Assist with employee relations and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with sales and human resources teams to support recruitment efforts
- Generate leads for potential candidates through various channels
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes
- Maintain accurate candidate records in HR systems
*Skills*
- Proficiency in speaking with candidates on the phone
- Experience with ATS, or similar recruitment software
- Strong understanding of employee relations and HR practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and HR teams
- Demonstrated skills in lead generation and recruitment strategies
