Pay Rate: $20/hour
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm M-F

Position Summary
*Candidates cannot begin assignment until drug and background screenings have been successfully completed.*

Position Summary
- Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule installations.
- Use Telemar system to schedule installation, appointments
- Confirm all installation appointments daily.
- Use O2C Portal to manage customer contracts and associated paperwork
- other duties as assigned which may include but are not limited to:
- Act as payroll liaison/enter time tickets into OTM
- Assist with Ops Support/Administrative duties including but not limited to ordering supplies, filling, and backups when Lead Admin is out
- Handle incoming Customer/associates relations calls
- Process accounts payable invoices
- Process receivables (installations checks)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Service coordinator experience
- Experience with account payable/receivable
- Administrative Assistant experience
