Job Overview:
The Recreation Worker is responsible for delivering therapeutic recreation programs aimed at enhancing patients' physical, mental, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:

Plan and organize recreational activities tailored to patients' needs and interests.

Coordinate sports, arts, games, and social events in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.

Prepare reports on patients' progress for medical staff.

Evaluate and recommend changes to the recreation program.

Manage budgets and maintain recreation supplies.

Collaborate with community therapeutic recreation departments.

Arrange special events and outings.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in recreation therapy, physical education, social science, art, or a related field preferred.
