Recreation Secretary (Part-Time- Non-Benefited) - Payson City

DUTIES:

Under general supervision of the Recreation Director, creates various recreation documents, receives and handles telephone calls and walk-in public with a high level of external/internal customer service, receives payments and deposits tills, handles routine correspondence, general filing, processing, computer input, coding and data entry. Perform other related clerical duties as it relates to the Recreation Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six months clerical or related training.
Experience: Requires one year prior experience in job-related secretarial or business related activities with demonstrated competence.
Certificates/Licenses: Requires a valid Utah Driver's License.

Must pass a criminal background check.

SALARY: $14.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on qualifications

SCHEDULE: 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday- Thursday; may occasionally be required to work hours outside of regular schedule.
