Job Title: Recreation Operations Assistant (Pro Shop Attendant, Golf)

General Description: Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining membership, facilities, and generating revenue for the golf pro shop.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Assist in daily operations of the pro shop, including inventory management.
• Process membership applications and renewals.
• Coordinate and promote golf events and programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of golf operations and equipment.
