Description:

Under general supervision of the Head Golf Professional or his/her assistant, coordinates, promotes, oversees, evaluates, and performs a variety of tasks associated with several programs, events, and/or activities.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of a standard senior high school or equivalent. Concentrated mental application required. Must have at least six (6) months office/clerical experience. Golf course experience optimal. Light physical effort. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Performs office/clerical tasks such as typing, filing, assisting with special projects, and other duties as required. Operates various types of office equipment, (i.e., computer and golf carts). Assists patrons at the front desk through telephone calls, public interaction, and transactions. Excellent customer service skills required. Continuous contact with the public, requiring tact and patience.
