Recovery Specialist/Call Center Representative
Join our collections team and play a key role in assisting consumers with resolving past-due accounts.
The Recovery Specialist must ensure strict adherence to Federal and State Collection laws while preferring the following duties:

The Recovery Specialist must ensure strict adherence to Federal and State Collection laws while preferring the following duties:
- Conduct Inbound and outbound interaction in a high-volume call center.
- Respond to inquiries regarding open balances, facilitate seamless payment arrangements, and provide valuable insights into available payment options.
- Must have strong, clear communication skills and be comfortable engaging with others over the phone for extended periods of time.
- Successfully maintain a professional attitude while addressing consumers past due accounts, skillfully navigating interactions with empathy, and fostering a collaborative partnership towards resolution.
- Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation, thriving in an environment that champions positive debt collection practices.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Call center and/or corporate customer service experience is required; financial industry experience is preferred.
- Collection experience is preferred; however, a multi-step training and coaching program will ensure your overall success for those new to collections.
- Proficient in CRM, data entry, and typing skills.
