Description
TAMKO Building Products LLC is seeking a Records Program Manager at its corporate office in Galena, Kansas. The Records Program Manager is tasked with overseeing the records management program to ensure compliance with TAMKO’s retention policy for electronic and paper records. The position will report to TAMKO’s General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer.

- Manage compliance with the Corporate Records Policy, including planning, training, audit, and assessments; ensuring compliance with records retention schedules, litigation holds and other legal requirements; and managing of electronic and/or paper-based information.
- Lead, plan, and manage the records management program for Company records and documentation. Conducts training sessions for employees on records management best practices. Raises awareness of the importance of proper record-keeping across the organization.
- Coordinates a cross functional team, including Legal, IT and business units to ensure that records/information assets are managed to ensure government accountability and mitigate records-related litigation risks. Ensures records policies align with data privacy requirements and regulations.
With support of IT, monitor, configure, and administer enterprise records management information systems and use them to enforce retention policy, as well as serve as the primary authority on the company's records management practices, guiding the use of tools like OpenText content server and OneDrive.
Work with Legal and IT on integrating legal compliance, records retention, and automated workflows into the company's enterprise systems, safeguarding critical business information. Implement security protocols to protect sensitive and confidential information. Monitor and audit access and permissions.
Provide support for litigation and claims management, including experience with all phases of discovery, case management, and the management and organization of large volumes of documents including hard copy and electronic records.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in related roles, with 3 years of experience with records management systems.
Experience as a litigation paralegal is a plus.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Records Management, Open Text Content Server is a plus, MS SharePoint, MS O365 SharePoint, email, OneDrive, or similar systems.
Experience configuring, using, and administering previously mentioned records management software is preferred.
