About the Job
- You will apply analytical and evaluative methods and techniques used to issues concerning the effectiveness and efficiency of the Records and Information program operation.
- You will have knowledge of correspondence policies, procedures and techniques.
- You will have knowledge of publications and directives systems, record disposal system, requisitioning of directives, publication allowances and composition and publication of directives.
- You will develop training materials and effectively conduct training on all facets of records and information management, serialization, forms control and processing.
- You will apply effective oral and written communication
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge and skill applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques used to issues concerning the effectiveness and efficiency of the Records and Information program operation; 2) Knowledge of the Records and Information system; 3) Knowledge of correspondence policies, procedures and techniques; 4) Knowledge of publications and directives systems, record disposal system, requisitioning of directives, publication allowances and composition and publication of directives; 5) Ability to develop training materials and effectively conduct training on all facets of records and information management, serialization, forms control and processing; 6) Effective oral and written communication. Military Spouse Preference applicants will be placed at the highest grade for which they have applied and are determined Best Qualified (BQ). A BQ military spouse possesses knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies comparable to others who meet the competitive referral criteria for the specific position.
PPP applicants will be placed at the FPL, if determined Well Qualified (WQ). To receive priority consideration, the FPL must be the same grade level or equivalent of the retained grade or the grade held immediately prior to separation.
