Arcosa, Inc. is seeking a Records and Compliance Analyst to join the Corporate Compliance Department within the Legal group at the company’s headquarters in downtown Dallas. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel and Director of Compliance, the Records and Compliance Analyst performs a variety of tasks to ensure Arcosa’ s processes are operating effectively to mitigate legal, regulatory and compliance risk.
The individual in this role will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the corporate records program, including coordinating storage, retrieval, usage, and destruction of records pursuant to applicable records retention policies. This role will also involve assisting the Compliance Department with the design and implementation of its various training programs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain internal records procedures and perform periodic audits to ensure compliance with records retention policies.
- Review and maintain record retention schedules, and assist business unit personnel with destruction, transfer, storage, and/or retrieval for certain records, as needed.
- Releases information to authorized personnel, following established processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with the legal department in responding to business records subpoenas and related information requests.
- Assist with preparing, designing, and implementing company training materials and programs, including the Company’s Code of Business Conduct & Ethics.
- Assist in monitoring the company’s operations and ensure that it’s adhering to government regulations and other compliance requirements.
- Provide support with managing the Company’s Integrity Helpline/Helpsite, as needed.
- Provide support with preparing the Company’s Conflict Minerals reporting, as needed.
- Model the highest standards of business integrity and confidentiality and champion high levels of ethical awareness and conduct within Arcosa.
- Other responsibilities as identified/determined by leadership.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education/training, and a keen desire to learn on the job
- At least 4 years of applicable experience in a compliance-related role
- At least 2 years of experience in data governance activities
- Strong collaboration and team participation skills
- Strong attention to detail and well-organized
- Ability to multi-task and successfully manage projects with competing priorities against project plans and timelines
- Strong computer acumen required, to include the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Data mining and/or data analysis skills and the ability to analyze complex information
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able and willing to adapt to demands that are often not routine and instead dictated by a changing environment and a growing business
- Experience writing memorandums and drafting animated presentations preferred
- Experience with corporate policy management, including version control and managing historical versions preferred
- Professional certification from ECI, SCCE, ACFE, IAPP (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Information Privacy Professional) a plus
- Written and verbal proficiency in Spanish is a plus
