Our company is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Project Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our operations and requires a candidate with a deep understanding of the construction and restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Xactimate, Mitigation, Remediation, Restoration, Reconstruction, Project Management, Construction Management, Time Management, and Communication. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects and play a significant role in the company's success.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction and restoration projects from initiation to completion.
Utilize Xactimate software for estimating and project management.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors to ensure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained.
Develop and implement project work plans and make revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope, including mitigation, remediation, restoration, and reconstruction efforts.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
Manage project budget and project resource allocation.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically within the construction and restoration industry.
Proficiency in Xactimate software is a must.
Extensive knowledge and experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, and reconstruction.
Strong understanding of construction management processes, means and methods.
Exceptional ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Competent in conflict and crisis management.
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred.
Professional Project Management (PMP) certification would be considered an asset.
