About the Job
- Work closely with the Reconciliation team, internal business partners, and external carrier partners to resolve any identified exceptions
- Perform complex data analysis and regular reporting on reconciliation completeness, exceptions identified, resolutions, and payments received
- Analyze complex payment requirements from new and existing carrier partners
- Improve integrity and completeness of data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required
- Proficient in MS Excel and strong ability to work with large sets of data
- Look for opportunities to innovate and take thoughtful risks to get work done better and faster
- Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills
- You are highly organized and have a strong ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
- Skilled at building relationships, fostering strong teams, and influencing others
- You are a self-motivated, great teammate with the ability to plan and complete work independently, and partner effectively to handle dependencies
- Strong desire to learn and develop additional skills and expertise over time, as well as drive process improvement
- You have excellent business judgement and maintain confidentiality of all data
- Prior experience with reconciliation jobs preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
