About the Job
Job Duties: Responding to incoming inquiries from mortgage loan originators relating to license applications, including but not limited to reviewing and responding to email communication received in MLO designated electronic mailbox; responding to forwarded calls from call center, and follow up on calls and messages received on MLO general telephone line.
Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
• Candidate should have at least one year of experience in clerical support related work Required level of education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalency
Additional information:
-There is an incumbent in this position -Position is eligible for 50% telecommuting
-Client does not provide parking but the office is accessible by bus or subway -Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams
-A background check and fingerprinting will be required. The background check should include verification of education and prior employment.
