Receptionist with Office Duties - Metallized Carbon Corporation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist with Office Duties to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support across the organization. This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Manage front desk operations, ensuring the area is tidy and presentable.
• Handle mail distribution, courier services, and manage incoming/outgoing packages.
• Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
• Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.

Office Duties:

• Assist in daily office operations and perform various administrative tasks.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
• Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a generous compensation package, which includes: Competitive hourly wage $20.00 - $25.00 p/h, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401K, Vacation & sick/personal days and Life insurance. $250.00 SIGN-ON BONUS
