Receptionist - Aston Carter

Description: + Maintain/update office seating chart and phone list + Answer phone - direct calls to proper person/department + Track equipment inventory (Cars/trucks/van pool cars) + Maintain office supply inventory -Staples office supply orders + Mail/FedEx/UPS - Prepare Shipments going out/Distribute incoming mail + Maintain keyfobs for employees + Distribute mail, packages other employee items + Data entry & Doc Control for Safety and Business Departments Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Prior administrative support experience preferred + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) + Solid skills with peripheral technology such as printers, digital cameras, scanners and A/V equipment About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
