Receptionist - Production Resource Group Llc

Responsibilities

• Direct all incoming calls
• When personnel are not available, receive and distribute messages in an accurate and timely manner
• Administrative support duties including, but not limited to: data entry, paperwork filing and mailings
• Schedule and appointment management
• Ordering and distribute office supplies and technical equipment
• Assist with travel arrangements
• Issuing of purchase orders, and other clerical tasks
• Perform other related work as required

Qualifications

• Use of Microsoft Office Suite
• 2 years of related, or similar clerical work experience.
• High School Diploma and 2 years of college level study or equivalent.

The pay range for this position is estimated to be $20 to $23 per hour. Actual rate to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data.

This is a safety sensitive position and will require pre-employment drug screening.
