We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented Director of First Impressions (Receptionist) to join our team. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and supporting smooth office operations.
Salary Range: $32000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- To be THE welcoming face and voice of YMI Insurance.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist clients with payments and maintain accuracy in client transactions.
- Manage our client database, including entering new policies and updating client information.
- Support the commercial team by preparing renewal documents for clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects YMI Insurance's commitment to professionalism.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with the team on special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to exceptional customer service
