Receptionist - Swanson Martin and Bell LLP

Swanson Martin & Bell, LLP has an opening for an experienced Receptionist for our St. Louis office. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, able to manage busy attorneys, and work well independently.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks, including entering billable attorney time into the company system and correspondence with the administration on new matters to the firm
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Must possess interpersonal and exceptional customer service
• Basic understanding of administrative/clerical procedures and systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software is a must
