We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team in Southlake, TX. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining smooth office operations.

Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Southlake, TX
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.

• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.

• Schedule and coordinate appointments as needed.

• Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

• Handle other office tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an office role

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

• Professional demeanor and a clear background check.

• Clear drug screen.
