Our commercial real estate client is looking for a RECEPTIONIST/SERVICE DESK COORDINATOR located in Bingham Farms, MI
Temporary with potential for Direct Hire
Pay range 13.00 - 15.00 ( Depending upon experience)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer tenant/vendor phone calls
- Enter all work orders in Netfacilities software
- Follow up with tenants regarding completed work orders.
- Set up appointments with vendors and maintenance personnel when needed
- Create vendor contracts and get necessary Insurance documents from them.
- Maintain access cards and building security information.
- Maintain general records for tenant/vendor information .
- Conduct bi-weekly conference calls with maintenance and property managers to make sure everyone is updated on the buildings.
- Send out “Work Order Reports” to the company outlining Overdue work orders, on hold work orders, Approved work orders, and complete to date work orders so everyone is aware of the outstanding and completed work orders.
- Send out on hold and overdue work orders to each maintenance staff.
- Send out UPS, FedEx, USPS letters when requested.
