Receptionist/Secretary (13070) - InGenesis

InGenesis is currently seeking a Receptionist/Secretary to work with our client in New York, NY. In this role, you will be supporting the Mortgage Banking Bureau.

Job Duties

• Respond to incoming inquiries from mortgage loan originators relating to license applications, including but not limited to: reviewing and responding to email communication received in designated electronic mailbox; responding to forwarded calls from call center, and follow up on calls and messages received on general telephone line.
• Additional duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required
• Candidate should have at least one year of experience in clerical support related work
• Professional verbal and written communication skills

*Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
