Receptionist - Ultimate Staffing Services

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to join their client's team in Roseville, CA. This position requires a candidate who is skilled in customer service and has experience in a medical spa environment. The ideal candidate will be familiar with aesthetics and capable of managing front desk operations efficiently.

Pay Rate:$21.00-23.00 hourly

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival.
• Answer phones promptly and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Schedule appointments effectively, ensuring accurate calendar management.
• Process payments accurately and handle any billing inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and questions.
• Act as a med spa receptionist, providing support in a professional aesthetic environment.
• Maintain familiarity with aesthetics to provide informed assistance to clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a med spa or aesthetic environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational skills to manage appointments and client interactions efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and handle various administrative duties.
