Receptionist - Retlif Testing Laboratories

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:

As our receptionist, you greet visitors entering the facility, assist them in signing in and out, and inform them of our facility and company policies while they are on the premises. You also oversee our customer lounge and attend to the needs of our customers. Throughout the day, you monitor visitor access, answer calls and act as the point of contact for visitors and callers. You also provide administrative and clerical support to management, as needed. Through your professional demeanor and attention to the needs of our visitors and staff, you help create a welcoming and well-run facility environment for our customers!

The minimum requirements to be considered:

• High school diploma, college credits; or
• Minimum 1 year of reception or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills (with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Background that would permit the U.S. Dept. of Defense (DOD) to issue a Secret Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
