Receptionist - Sparks Group

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and ensure a welcoming reception area.
• Direct visitors to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls to the correct staff members.
• Schedule appointments for designated staff (may require calendar management software).
• Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges (if applicable).
• Maintain office security by monitoring security systems and following established protocols.
• Process and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Prepare meeting rooms with necessary materials and refreshments (as needed).
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with office supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree a plus.
• Minimum one year of receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Positive and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
