Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exemplary customer service, manage a high-volume telephone system, and assist with various administrative tasks. If you are a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply.
Individuals with Experience in Food/Beverage, Hospitality, Retail Sales, Insurance, Real Estate, or who are just out of College or the Military to name a few, have found Success in Automotive Sales! Bi-Lingual skills are a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones: Manage a multi-line phone system, determine caller needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Taking Messages: Accurately take messages and ensure they are promptly delivered to the appropriate person.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist management with filing, preparing daily reports, and other administrative duties.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and efficiently with callers.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work various schedules and manage high-volume tasks.
- Phone Etiquette: Proficient in handling a multi-line phone system with appropriate phone etiquette.
- Punctuality: Reliable and punctual with the ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Time Management: Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Driver’s License: Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
