- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate departments, or take messages as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Coordinate appointments and meetings as requested
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented approach
