We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the face of our company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience while managing various administrative tasks to support office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, routing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Handle deliveries, mail, and courier services.
- Support other departments as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
