In this role, you will be expected to provide administrative support including taking all incoming calls, greeting guests, retrieving and sending out the mail and signing for packages, ordering supplies for the office, and scheduling all while providing world class customer service and professionalism.

This opportunity requires a lot of communication, attention to detail, and a high level of follow-thru. We are seeking candidates who are friendly, engaging and have a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Greet all visitors with a professional and helpful attitude
• Notify team members of guest arrival
• Oversee mail deliveries, packages and couriers
• Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform clerical duties, maintain files and organize documents, as needed
• Monitor reception area and ensure that all visitors comply with security procedures
• Order supplies for office
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to contribute positively as part of a team
• Ability to handle pressure and stressful situations
• Customer service orientation
• Professional personal presentation
• Detail-oriented
