Job Summary
Relays incoming and interoffice calls, handles mail operations, and provides excellent front-desk services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Answer and route telephone calls promptly and professionally.
+ Greet visitors and notify appropriate personnel upon their arrival.
+ Update internal telephone and branch directories monthly.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management.

To successfully perform this job, an individual must meet the following requirements:
+ Education and Experience :
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
+ Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training.
+ Familiarity with the Meridian phone system, including handling six lines and paging/transferring calls.
+ Technical Skills :
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
