Receptionist / Office Administrator - FSTONE Technologies

We're looking for an entry-level receptionist/office coordinator/office administrator. This role is responsible for making a professional first impression of the company whether in person or over the telephone. Someone with a very bubbly personality. In addition, the Office Administrator will provide administrative support to employees and their guests, as needed. Proven customer service skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills are all key competencies expected. Must have a valid driver's license, must be over the age of 18, must be legal to work in the U.S
 

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain various company files, including tracking spreadsheets in Excel.
• Answer and route incoming calls, take and relay messages, and manage telephone greetings.

• Prepare and submit monthly department expense report.

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and organizing company events.

• Collect, review, and distribute daily incoming mail and occasionally process outgoing mail.

• Serve as the receptionist for the office; greet visitors and determine nature and purpose of their visit; issue and track visitor badges.

• Assist with projects, initiatives, and tasks supporting other departments, as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Outstanding customer service and demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.

• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook programs.

• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written).

• Two or more years’ experience in an administrative assistant, office assistant, customer support, or equivalent role.
