About the Job

Our client, a real estate investor, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist for roughly 2 months to join their NYC team. The hours are 8/9am-4/5pm (flex as needed) and this role is in the office five days a week. Pay rate up to $30/hour.

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet guests, alerting appropriate personnel
Coordinate conference room schedule; order and receive catering
Assist with invoicing
Help with data entry and reporting
Create presentations, office-wide correspondence, and documents

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
3+ years of experience, preferably out of professional services or Real Estate
Tech savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PP, Excel)
