About the Job

Our client, a successful Private Equity firm seeks a Temp to Perm Receptionist in one of their Midtown Manhattan office. Note this opportunity will be in the office Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment with strong written, verbal communication skills as well as a detail oriented with a proven track record of professionalism and reliability. Receptionist duties include liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person, meeting room set-up and breakdown, inventory maintenance, data entry, pantry/office supply cabinet organization, drafting and circulating general notices to the team, and assisting with ad hoc requests. BA/BS is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as tech savvy to trouble shoot issues that come up. Hours are 830am - 530pm daily. Salary is DOE + Fully paid Medical and Dental Benefits + Lunch + Discretionary Bonus.
