We are looking for a Receptionist to serve as the face of our Senior Assisted Living facility, Pillars of Prospect on the U of MN campus in Minneapolis, MN. This role would act as the first point of contact for senior age residents, families, visitors and staff at our site located in Minneapolis, MN. This position is responsible for clerical support to all departments needing assistance, and will answer phones, greet visitors, and vendors.
This receptionist schedule includes:
+ 80 hours every two weeks ; full-time
+ 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday

Opened in 2020, the Pillars of Prospect Park is conveniently located off the light rail transit station and close to the metro bus near the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis, MN. The Pillars of Prospect Park Senior Living features 133 Independent living, 106 assisted living, and 44 memory care apartments. Two buildings, one six-story, and one ten-story, make up this vibrant community. The community encompasses an on-site Child Care Center. + Greets and provides courteous assistance to all whom enter the community
+ Supervises security of the facility by unlocking entrances and supervising those entering and exiting
+ Clerical duties for various departments such as; mailings, petty cash account, distributes mail and transactions with resident funds
+ Responds to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per building policies and procedures
+ Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to type accurately and with efficiency
+ Strong customer service proficiency
+ High level verbal and written communication skills
+ Basic math skills
