• Experience: Previous experience in legal, executive, or managerial roles preferred but not mandatory.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is customer-service oriented, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Brings a friendly, engaging, and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Has 1-3 years of experience in a legal setting (preferred but not required).
• Is detail-oriented, self-aware, and driven to assist those affected by negligence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Warmly welcome clients and manage professional interactions.
• Phone Management: Efficiently answer, transfer, and manage calls with courtesy.
• Mail and Document Handling: Sort, scan, and organize mail and important documents.
• Administrative Support: Oversee scheduling, manage calendar events, draft correspondence, and support the legal intake team.
• Assist Lawyers: Provide thorough administrative backing, including file organization and deadline management.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional image and tidy office spaces.
• Technology Proficiency: Effective use of tools like Outlook and Word for communication and scheduling.
• Active Listening: Address client concerns with empathy, ensuring they feel heard and valued.

Additional Duties:

• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Manage packing and mailing of client gifts.
• Support various team needs as they arise.
