Receptionist/Medical Records - Lake Pointe

Lake Pointe Rehabilitation is looking for an outgoing, kind, compassionate candidate to join our team!  This position entails Receptionist, Medical Records, all wrapped into one.  

Receptionist Duties:  Answering phones, transferring calls, manning front door that is coded for entry, ordering office supplies

Medical Records:  Assembling charts, thinning charts, creating nametags for doors, assuring everything is needed for each new admission chart

This would be a Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm job, with weekends and holidays off, except for in the event that The Department of Health is in building, in which all staff are required to be present throughout survey.  STNA preferred, as this position would participate in STNA on call rotation if we are below minimum staffing in building.

Pay depending on experience in job/field.
