About the Job
LHH is partnering with a law firm in downtown Los Angeles, CA to find a receptionist to join their team full-time. 1-2 yearsu2019 experience in an office or law firm environment would be ideal.
Responsibilities:
u2022Answer incoming phone calls from main line, direct calls, take messages.
u2022Greet Visitors, maintain professional appearance of receptions area, common areas.
u2022Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
u2022Provide parking validation, and coordinate scheduling use of large and small conference rooms.
u2022Process incoming documents such as faxes, circulate emails from District courts, Bankruptcy Courts, Appeals courts, mail, etc.
Experience:
u2022Office experience with phones, printers and copiers.
u2022Law firm experience preferred.
u2022Order office supply.
u2022Administrative support.
Role:
u2022BA degree is a must.
u20229am to 6pm Monday to Friday in Downtown LA.
