The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm welcome and managing all aspects of their visit. Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
Handle all incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing all aspects of the appointment process.
Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
Liaise with medical professionals to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.
Handle billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Manage waiting areas, keeping them clean and comfortable for patients.
Deal with any patient complaints or issues, escalating them where necessary.
Provide administrative support to the healthcare team as required.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in the use of healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
A positive and friendly demeanor, with the ability to make patients feel welcome and at ease.
A reliable individual who is able to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in a related field would be considered an asset.
