As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, creating a welcoming first impression both in person and on the phone. You will support various business functions to help ensure smooth operations, making each day diverse and engaging. Your responsibilities will include managing conference room bookings, coordinating company vehicle sign-outs, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Additionally, you will handle ordering and stocking office supplies, snacks, and coffee, as well as setting up and breaking down lunch events. Other tasks will be assigned as needed to support the team.
This role offers flexibility, allowing for either a full-time or part-time position (minimum of 30 hours, 5 days per week) to suit the availability of the ideal candidate.
Requirements:
• High school diploma required.
• Upbeat attitude.
• Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, paid weekly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
