Shift Details: Monday & Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Tues, Wed, Thurs 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
DESCRIPTION
Performs a variety of clerical and customer service tasks including answering calls at the receptionist desk.
Enter customer orders via telephone in an accurate and efficient manner.
Maintain a high level of communication with other departments and comply with the company policies and guidelines
Follow all phone prompts and customer relations guidelines.
Performs data entry of orders and customer information.
Generate standardized reports from the computer.
Process warehouse pick labels for order selectors.
Receives catch weights and out of stock information via warehouse order selector.
Perform data entry on confirmations using above information which then allows releasing order for invoicing.
Ability to operate telephone to receive customer orders.
Ability to operate keyboard for data entry.
Must be able to tolerate continuous sitting.
Minor lifting necessary for printing paper, etc.
Previous customer service/call center experience preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must be detailed oriented and able to work independently.
Reports to Customer Service Manager and is responsible for making decisions regarding customer inquiries, problems, etc. and must have good communication with the RMA Coordinator.
