Shift/Pay Rate: Monday - Friday (7am to 4:30pm): $20/hour
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering phones, e-mails.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Will meet and greet all walk ins and visitors
- Bilingual Preferred
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of receptionist experience
- Minimum 1-2 year of working in an office environment
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and Responsible
- Stable work history
- Clear background
