Job Description:
As a front desk receptionist and data entry clerk at our reputable appliance company, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering phone calls and emails, and providing exceptional customer service.
In addition to your receptionist duties, you will also be responsible foraccurate and timely data entry tasks. This will involve inputting various information into our system, maintaining and updating databases, and ensuring data quality and integrity.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience with data entry and proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Office suite, is preferred.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors: Welcoming guests and making them feel welcome
- Answering phones: Answering and making calls on behalf of employees, taking messages, and fielding calls appropriately
- Directing visitors: Showing guests where to go or who they need to see
- Administrative tasks: Handling mail, photocopying, printing, faxing, transcribing, and filing
- Scheduling: Setting up meetings and appointments
- Supplies: Maintaining office supplies and equipment, and ordering more as needed
- Records: Keeping office records up to date, such as calendars
- Correspondence: Sending and responding to emails, and handling office correspondence
- Customer service: Addressing visitor questions and needs, and resolving customer complaints
- Ability to regularly walk bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, grasp, reach, handle, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Other tasks: Preparing conference rooms, organizing catering, making travel arrangements, and other tasks as assigned
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
