Receptionist

The Glenville Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Receptionist.

The right candidate must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills and have general computer knowledge.  Must be able to handle multiple tasks while working in a busy environment. 

Duties include:  answering phones, checking in and out clients, scheduling appointments, filing, handling money, etc.

Experience preferred.

The Glenville Veterinary Clinic is located in Glenville, NY and serves Burnt Hills, Glenville, Rexford, Ballston Spa, and the surrounding communities. We are proud to have been serving Capital Region Families since it was founded in 1974 by Dr. Jeffrey Moak. Dr. Bart and Dr. Karyn Forlano took over the practice in 2004 and have been its loving owners since.

We love animals and we know you do too.  When families bring their dogs, cats, or other furry friends in for care, we know they are a cherished member of the family and we treat them as such! Our practice is open six days a week.
