Receptionist - Full Time M-F - Pohanka Chevrolet Chantilly

Job Summary:
Pohanka Chevrolet Chantilly is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression of our dealership. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, in the fast-paced and exciting automotive industry. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' experience.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or employee
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to the appropriate person
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the dealership
- Schedule and confirm appointments for customers
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain and update customer records in our database
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
